Biography
“Brother Thomas / Whit”
Alex Carter is a native of Toronto, Canada and is an accomplished actor in film, television and theater. Trained at New York City’s prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Carter has performed some of the stage’s most coveted male roles in New York City, Toronto and elsewhere, including Stanley in Tennessee Williams’ “A Streetcar Named Desire” and Chance Wayne in the playwright’s “Sweet Bird of Youth.”
He has appeared in the series “Nip/Tuck,” “Bones,” “E-Ring,” “CSI,” “Point Pleasant,” “Traders,” “Due South,” “Night Stalker,” “JAG” and “The Practice.” In 2003, he appeared in the feature film “Out of Time” with Denzel Washington.
