Mailer (guest star Kristy Swanson, "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer") -- famous stripperturned-
model and widow of a 90-year-old billionaire -- drops dead on a dance floor,
Detectives Logan (Chris Noth) and Wheeler (Julianne Nicholson) question Lorelei and
her companion Ronnie Chase (guest star David Cross). Just back from the hospital
after having a baby girl, Lorelei is devastated by her son's death and mysteriously dies
days later. Lawsuits over the family fortune make Ronnie an easy suspect -- but DNA results may have the
last word. Director Peter Bogdanovich ("The Last Picture Show") also guest-stars. Eric Bogosian also
