"Arrivederci, Fiero" - When Marshall's beloved Fiero gives out just shy of 200,000 miles, the gang recalls all of their great memories in the car, on a rebroadcast of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, Monday, Dec. 3 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Pamela Fryman, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode written by Chris Harris. (Originally broadcast 2/26/07)
When Marshall's prized 1988 Fiero breaks down, he must decide if his "baby" is worth getting fixed or if she is at the end of the road. While they all have strong emotional ties to the vehicle, Marshall eventually realizes that sometimes it is time to let go. |
